90 Days (“we”, “us”) helps you set a 90-day direction and check in on it with a small circle. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices. Questions: hello@90-days.com.
What we collect
- Account — your name and email address, used to sign you in (via a magic link).
- What you create — your plans, goals, check-ins, reflections, High Value Actions and reactions (kudos).
- Basic technical data — standard logs your browser and our host generate to keep the service secure and working.
How we use it
To run the service: show your check-ins to the circle you’re part of, send you reminders and notifications, and improve how 90 Days works. We don’t sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.
Nina, the AI coach
When you choose to talk to Nina or have her draft a plan or check-in, the text you share is sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a response. It is processed to give you that response and is not used to train their models.
Who we share it with
We use a small set of trusted providers to run 90 Days, who process data on our behalf:
- Neon — database hosting
- Cloudflare — application hosting and security
- Resend — sending sign-in and reminder emails
- Anthropic — powering the Nina AI coach
Within a community, the people in your circle (and any coach or manager of that circle) can see the check-ins you share, according to the community’s visibility setting.
Cookies
We use a single sign-in (session) cookie to keep you logged in. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Your choices and rights
You can view and edit your profile any time. You can leave a community (which removes your plans and check-ins there), and you can ask us to delete your account entirely or export your data by emailing hello@90-days.com.
Keeping your data
We keep your information for as long as your account is active, and remove it on request. 90 Days isn’t intended for anyone under 16.

We’ll update this page if our practices change, with a new date at the top.
