These terms cover your use of 90 Days. By using it, you agree to them. If you don’t, please don’t use the service.

The service

90 Days is a personal-development and accountability tool — you set a 90-day direction, check in on a rhythm, and a small circle keeps you honest. We may change or improve features over time.

Your account

You sign in with your email. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your inbox secure.

Your content

Your plans, check-ins and reflections are yours. You grant us the permission needed to store them and show them to your circle as part of running the service. Please don’t post anything unlawful, abusive, or that infringes others’ rights.

Being a good circle member

Circles work on trust. Don’t harass other members, and treat what people share in their check-ins with respect. We may suspend or remove accounts that breach these terms.

Nina and guidance

Nina is an AI assistant and can be wrong. 90 Days and Nina offer prompts and encouragement, not professional, medical, financial or legal advice — use your own judgement.

No warranty & liability

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of 90 Days.

Ending use

You can leave a community or delete your account at any time. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand.
